Return Policy – Salty Angler Fishing
At Salty Angler Fishing, we stand behind the quality of our apparel and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Worn, washed, or damaged products
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Defective or damaged items
If you need a different size or received a faulty item, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
We’ll replace it or issue a refund at no cost to you.
